In order to provide relevance and flexibility to our clients, we will develop and provide a bespoke offer which will meet the particular needs of each client using the following methodology:

Purpose: we will agree with the client the exact purpose of the project against which the progress and overall success of the work will be measured. This will be turned into an initial project document that everyone will be asked to sign off on.

Support offered: this will be based on a rigorous analysis of exactly what needs to be done in order to meet each client’s requirements matched with the details provided in the document ‘Schools financial health checks structure’.

Content: this will consist of a checklist of activities which will outline which finance functions will be reviewed and assessed. From this we will focus on where support and help can be provided paying particular attention to statutory and regulatory responsibilities.
